In June 2017, I Give for Parkland campaign donors will be invited to submit a proposal for items or needs within their area with the goal of improving patient care. During July 2017, the Employee Giving Council will review the proposals and award grants based on the amount of donations in the I Give for Parkland employee campaign fund. Grant recipients will be announced in August 2017.
Employees who make a donation of $50 or more will become a member of the Parkland Employee Giving Society. Starting August 2017, members will receive special gifts and rewards based on the level of giving from Oct. 1, 2016 to July 31, 2017. Rewards will include I Give for Parkland logo items and an invitation to the employee donor celebration event.
Employee Giving Society levels are named after trees planted at Parkland Memorial Hospital. Through the I Give for Parkland campaign, employees show they are rooted in the mission of Parkland and desire to grow to higher levels based on their generosity.
