Charitable Gift Planning

Gifts that protect assets

We have several options that help you meet your personal planning goals and save taxes while making a gift to help keep Dallas healthy.

Retained Life Estate

You can donate a residence, vacation home or farm to charity and still use it for your lifetime.

Bargain Sale

By selling assets to a charity at less than the market value, you can count the difference as a charitable donation and have cash to meet financial needs.

Charitable Lead Trust

Pass on assets to heirs in a tax efficient manner by creating a charitable lead trust. The trust makes current contributions to charity and after a term of years the remainder goes to heirs and greatly reduces or eliminates estate and gift taxes.
