As the only public health system in Dallas County, the community is at the heart of everything we do at Parkland. It’s been our mission for 125 years to provide care for anyone in need, making our community a healthier place to live.
To that end, Parkland Foundation created the Community First Award to recognize servant leaders across industries who have impacted Dallas County through their work in the community. Each year, a class of exceptional civic-minded leaders will receive the award.
Throughout the year, recipients will be invited to a series of events to network and learn about Parkland’s critical role in the community and beyond.
Selection will reopen in the fall of 2021 for the 2022 class. Nominations that meet the criteria above will be reviewed by Parkland Foundation for selection of finalists and alternates.
